Basketball posture –

  • Keep your BACK in a straight line
  • Hold your CHEST and HEAD up
  • Keep your KNEES bent
  • Push your BUTT backwards, and downwards

Crossover – 3 sets at 1 minute.

Between the Legs – 3 sets at 1 minute.

Behind the Back – 3 sets at 1 minute.
