- Keep your BACK in a straight line
- Hold your CHEST and HEAD up
- Keep your KNEES bent
- Push your BUTT backwards, and downwards
Crossover – 3 sets at 1 minute.
Between the Legs – 3 sets at 1 minute.
Behind the Back – 3 sets at 1 minute.
